Check-in at Quartier 96 is fully contactless and available from 3:00 PM.

To access the building, you will find a PIN pad outside near the entrance terminal. Your access code will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Upon arrival, simply use our check-in terminal in the lobby. Enter your last name and booking number, then follow the instructions on the screen. After completing the check-in process, you will receive your access card, which allows you to:

• open all security doors,
• unlock your apartment door,
• use the guest parking area (if booked),
• and activate the electricity supply in your apartment.

Important: Payment at the terminal is only possible by debit card or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.

Check-out is on the day of departure by 11:00 AM.

Your room is cleaned every 3 days, including towel replacement and waste disposal. For stays longer than 7 days, a full room cleaning is carried out once per week.

We focus on sustainability through modern technology and energy-efficient solutions: triple sound-insulated windows provide noise and thermal protection, LED lighting reduces energy consumption, and an optimized ventilation system maintains consistent indoor temperatures. In addition, the interior insulation has been upgraded in accordance with heritage preservation standards.

You are welcome to bring your own bicycle and store it securely in our bike room free of charge. The bike room can be accessed with your room card. When you turn onto our property from Auricher Straße, you will see a sign on the exterior façade indicating the bike room. It is located on the street-facing side of the building.

Alternatively, you can conveniently rent city e-bikes from us for €25 per day. Simply contact our reception team and explore Emden on two wheels.
